This is me, Neil Davie, at one of my favourite places, Arthur's Seat, in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. I studied, lived and worked in Edinburgh for over ten years and was a regular visitor before that too. If you have never been to Edinburgh, I highly recommend it. The city is so beautiful, has so much history and there is always something going on.
I am writing this blog for the EL6082 module "Learning & Collaboration Technologies" as part of my MA degree in Technical Communication & E-Learning at the University of Limerick, Ireland. I will be using this blog to reflect on what I have learnt over the last 18 months and to consider the advantages and challenges of using blogs for teaching, learning and communicating online. Over the course of the semester I will be thinking about how innovative technologies can be used for online communication and instruction and how I can put what I have learnt into practice in my own work.
Please feel free to comment on any of my posts and if you have any other questions or feedback please use the contact function.
Thank you for reading!
Neil
